The Chinese Aviation authority recently released it's ambitious Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Do you think they will succeed in reaching all the goals they have laid out?

    HI Bright, Looks like the Chinese are determined to throw a ton of money into regional airport construction regardless of actual needs. Just like all the infamous newly constructed empty cities i expect to see quite a few empty airports.
